What annoys you most
Greetings,
What one thing annoys you the most?
For me it has to be my daughter, or son who visits on a weekend, leaving a breakfast bowl on the bench so the contents can then proceed to stick like super glue to the bowl. How difficult would it be to put some water in it, or even better wash it, dry it and put it away?Quote:

Yes it is always the little things that get your goat. when people get divorced, it's not the lies, or the debts, or the cheating, but the toilet seat left up or the cap left off toothpaste tube that drives people to destraction. Being an easy going bloke I've never been divorced. ("what do you mean you unpluged the router for your hair dryer, see you in court b****")

Re: What annoys you most
You would probably be more upset if they didn't visit.
Mines an old chestnut, its the person in front of me at the supermarket checkout, who, when all the items have been scanned is surprised to find they have to pay.
They then fiddle around looking for cash/credit cards etc, and then to cap it off, suddenly find a load of vouchers.grrrrr.

Re: What annoys you most
Greetings,
Daughter lives with me as she's to much like her mother. Although she does spend a lot of time around her mothers who lives just round the corner from me....
Yep the supermarket thing is a close second, especially now it getting close to Christmas. People around here must think the world is going to end as they buy 2, sometimes more, trolleys full of shopping for over the Christmas period. When the shops are only closed a couple of days.Quote:

Re: What annoys you most
or even better-
people who stand and have a 30 minute conversation about a tin of peas and block the way
people who stop infront of you to talk to someone else or just to stand make you get kicked out of the shop
and also people who take push chairs(fair enough if the baby is in the pushchair) with either the 6 year old walking or someone holding the baby or deliberatly block your way and get you kicked out of the shop.
and also people who cold call and wont speak to you , especially when they are calling from america and you end up in a very very blue conversation
thats it for now

My youngest son!
His car - Audi A3 Turbo - looks and smells like the ashtray collection point at a tobacco factory! If he ever parked it with the sun roof open I swear people would think it was a skip!Geoff, York.

When I have to go out in my wheelchair and people zoom by me then suddenly stop in front of me.
Although the wife gets her revenge but scything their ankles with the footrests.
Also becoming "invisiable" in my wheelchair when I get into it suddenly people can't "see" me and do everything they can not to notice me. (especially Post Office Counter Staff)I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

Re: What annoys you most
People who ring the doorbell to sell me stuff.
Even though there is a Neighborhood Watch sticker
by the door bell, supplied by the police, that says:
" We do not buy from the door.
Frak Off if you're selling something."
But, if I had to rush from the lavatory without washing
my hands, I usually shake hands with them.Last edited by murdock; 15-12-08 at 01:45 PM. Reason: Damn! A Jehovahs Witness just rang the door to say "Merry Christmas. I said: "I'm Muslim". We shook hands.

People applying for a SkyUser SMTP account, without sending their forum username and a password as per the instructions. Obviously thinking that we are mind readers or Paul Daniels and that we will then set it up.
