Re: Xmas gift from Sky'
"Oops, there seems to be a problem
Sorry, it looks like there's been a problem identifying your Sky Christmas gift.
We're still working on getting Christmas gifts to our customers so please check back again next week."
Wasn't surprised to get that really!
Whenever I go to look at "My offers" I always get...
"Unable to proceed
Unfortunately we are unable to show your exclusive offers available online.
To continue or for more information, please call 08442 411 818."
I don't want to call them really.

Re: Xmas gift from Sky'
Wow, thanks for that.
I'd already received the email but deleted it thinking it was the usual marketing rubbish. Thankfully I was able to recover it.

Re: Xmas gift from Sky'
Just after I registered and posted the Postie dropped a letter from Sky through the letterbox. It was a voucher for £13.99. to spend before 31/12. So it looks like you don't need to register if you qualify. Just going to have a look at the Shop to see what is available.

Re: Xmas gift from Sky'
@dog-man Looks like the gifts are only for Sky TV customers (so presumably, as with Sky Mobile, Sky's customers with only Talk & Broadband are excluded):
"Christmas is a time for giving and also a time to say thanks. That's why we’re treating our Sky TV customers to an early Christmas gift - a little something from Sky. It’s a small token of our appreciation for the last 12 months and now we’re looking forward to a brilliant 2017."

Re: Xmas gift from Sky'
Vouchers are being sent in batches from the 16th until 24th December.
But only to sky tv customers.
If you are seeing 'unable to proceed' when using My offers using a windows/mac browser, clear your cache.
It should show everytime. I look at that page daily on a win browser and never have a problem.
Otherwise use the Sky Service app.

Re: Xmas gift from Sky'
Clearing browser cache may be a valid suggestion for others but makes no difference in my case. Having previously spoken to Sky about the "unable to proceed" issues, I was told that it's because my account no longer includes Sky TV - hence there are no offers on the account to show, but that situation is not handled "elegantly" (probably because the system was designed by people who didn't allow for customers who "used to have but no longer have a TV package" as a valid use case. It's always been like that for me since dropping Sky TV, both via the browser and Sky Service app.
