It's always been like that for me since dropping Sky TV, both via the browser and Sky Service app.
So you miss out on all the broadband offers then.
Just as many of them as tv ones.
Not heard that not having Sky TV stops the offers working. I will ask the sky apps team to confirm that.

      Edit:
Actually sitting with someone here at work who has no Sky Tv, just a Sky line rental and broadband customer. They have just got into mysky offers without fail and see the tv ones as well as the fibre one.

I am also in the same boat where I do not get any offers at all.
I get the error message same as Speedywrite.

Always have done since dumping the TV package.

      Re: Xmas gift from Sky'

My understanding of the offer is that it is a "Christmas gift" and as such isn't activated until 24th December.

Customers without HD or Boxsets package will get 3 months access to Boxsets although only in standard definition, from 24th December.

If you were pending cancellation recently or just recently upgraded then you may get the Boxset offer even if you've just added them.

People getting the PPV offer are people with Boxsets already or those with a box that isn't connected to broadband.
Please note the views and recommendations in my posts are my own and in no way reflect the views of Sky

@lettice Thanks for the help but I think both me & dog-man did clearly state in our previous posts that neither of us currently has Sky TV!

I also got this error. Been bashing my browsers on tablets, mobile and a few windows devices to death with that link.
Did have the unable to proceed message and again immediately, but refreshed the page a few mins later and all ok again.
It seems as if its timing out, as I noticed it can sometimes take a long time to retrieve the data on Windows browsers.

I've reported all this behaviour to sky and they are taking it away to investigate.

      Re: Xmas gift from Sky'

Just redeemed mine on The Revenant.
Not sure why we never went to see that at the Cinema.

Must admit that sky store page is horrid to use and navigate.
Each movie should have the price on the image, as its a pain going into each one to see how much each one is and then having to restart your browse all over again.

Of course, its now going to also send me a DVD that I'm just going to throw in the bin, what is the point of that. Surely anyone who cares about movie watching to pay that much and wants to play on a dvd player would want a bluray version?
