      Is this thread a baited cast into a sea of morality?

      A sea in which my opinion of u.s. / hollywood culture is swimming around?
      Which is that too often people end up disfiguring themselves & women especially too often sell themselves & all for the status / power / dollar?

      Just reel me in; hook, line & sinker.
      I find both pictures slightly nauseating.

      Both Kirk Douglas and Michael Douglas have contributed a huge of their lives to the silver screen.

      If we look into the personal and political lives of many well known people we will find something to dislike.

      I felt that it was worth sharing this as in the case of Kirk Douglas, who is now 99 years young, he has not only done well on the silver screen, he is still very much alive even though he's not in the press as much.

      Many of his contemporariness have long since passed on to the silver cloud.
