Sky Sports interviews with winning teams

Half an hour after the end of the England vs South Africa rugby match today, Sky Sports had still not interviewed, or at least shown on UK TV, an interview with the WINNING team?! It's not the first time of course, but I'd like to know why, when the winning team is not the English team, do the Sky commentators, interviewers etc not interview the winning - the opposing team?

      Seems a little mean-spirited?

Sky News is just the same: VERY biased. They avoid showing any bad news about BSkyB and the Murdochs.

Really? I'm always quite surprised how sky news reports on negative bskyb / Murdoch stories.

Well they happily cover the stories when they do the newspaper reviews at 10:30pm and 11:30pm. Never sky away from it.

Ok. I tend to be watching other channels when that is happening.

Certainly when there has been a big story on all the other news channels relating to Sky or the Murdochs, Sky has has nothing to say about it.

Re: Sky Sports interviews with winning teams

I don't watch Sky news! But I would like to hear about the sports interviews! Anyone else have any ideas why they don't interview the winning teams?!

For example, rugby on Saturday - England vs South Africa. South Africa won but Sky didn't interview any of the South African players - not the captain not any other players - nothing!! They did win, so isn't it just polite, good manners, etc to interview the winners?

Sad. and a very bad reflection on Sky who cover so many international sports. England can't win all the time!
