      The BT open reach V2?

GENUINE BT NTE5 vDSL Filtered Faceplate|Openreach&#8482 Branded

Or one of the the Solwise range.

Solwise - ADSL Splitters and Microfilters

      Thanks.
Got mine off Ebay for less but read descriptions to make sure Mk. 2

      BT NTE2005 (2011 model)
      Broadband Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 21985*kbps 1160*kbps
      Line Attenuation 22.5*dB 13.9*dB
      Noise Margin 6.0*dB 9.0*dB

      BT vDSL MK2 (2014 model)
      Broadband Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 21604*kbps 1152*kbps
      Line Attenuation 22.5*dB 14.0*dB
      Noise Margin 6.0*dB 9.2*dB

      Connections:
Router with sky supplied ADSL cable
      1 DECT phone
Sky box hard wired to terminals 2 & 5

Noise margins are jumping around by 0.5db on both sides, which i've not seen before.
Probably just needs time to settle.

      Tip:
      Don't over tighten the screws.
The original lower faceplate will splay outwards before they feel properly tight.

Always been satisfied with Ebay used many times for things, the one time a bad guy involved Ebay sorted it out very well for me.

      Re: Plate confusion.

eBay can't give you a warranty & you won't get one as the stock on eBay is not theirs to sell. We could sell at those prices if we didn't pay for stock in the first place. When I talked about support I didn't mean with the actual purchase, I meant for example wiring issues.
