      The only people permitted to sell NTE5's with the Openreach logo are BT/Openreach. BT/Openreach engineers are not permitted to sell the stock that they have(it's not theirs to sell!). Simple really, any stock you see on eBay with the Openreach logo is BT stock, i can assure you there is no way on earth that the manufacturer off them would sell the branded ones to ANYONE other than BT.
