      i test the line i call bt she test the line to it pass no sound on the line in the Test socket so want i do now ?

      Did you change your filters as Scubbie suggested? ie, plug the filter into the socket first, before any splitters or extensions.

      All I can suggest is that you remove the ring wire in the number 3 terminals (pictures in posts# 13 % 14) This is the ring wire and serves no useful purpose when using filters but can interfere with the broadband,

      I was thinking that as you prefer to have the router physically away from the Master socket, that you may wish to purchase a 10m shielded ADSL cable.

      This would allow you to place the router in a better position and maintain a good connection speed for your home.

      i remove the ring wire in the number 3 terminals in the bed room not out the master socket didn't want to touch the master socket side as waiting for my order for my tools ID Tool i call sky if i can get more speed tell me no . ok as soon as i get the ID Tool how do put pull it or cut it number 3Router Statistics ps had a power cut solar pv panels were given serviced get new stats thank for all your help

      The master socket is the main place to remove it from, disconnecting the slave socket may make no difference.

      Your attachment is too small to read. Post your stats as you did before.

      Sky were correct, with these figure you will get no more. It is a waste of time asking sky to increase your speed until you get your noise margin well above 7 dbs.

      Ok thanks for helping me just annoying that sky cant help me at all i explaines situation of my line as my mum disabled chairlift in the when. i hope that i can improve my line soon thanks all your scubbie and isitme if all your help
