Sat 1 not working
Hi I just moved into a flat with a communal dish and the faceplate on the wall has sat 1 and sat 2. My problem is I do not get a signal when sat 1 is connected to input 1. I have to connect sat 2 to input 1 and set it to single feed mode. My question is do I Only have a single feed or is there just a problem with sat 1 and I do have a dual feed that will allow me to use all the features on sky+. The management company will not help me until they get the paper work to confirm I am the new owner. Any info would be helpful Thank you

Re: Sat 1 not working
Unfortunately many flats only have one dish connection so cannot get the full benefit of Sky+. As communal dishes are not controlled by Sky, they can do nothing about it. If there are spare ports on the dish you may be able to get the management company to allot you another connection, failing that there is not a lot you can do.
