      I'm worried I may have a problem

      As far as I can see, there's a phone pole supplying cable to this house at the back...Which is where the issue comes in; there's no easy route to get to it - any time we've had to access the back yard, we've had to hop over the wall from next door - are BT engineers willing to employ this unorthodox methodology? Just how far will they go to get the job done?

      Well someone from BT installed it in the first place! You are worrying about nothing, is there a line fault?

      No, no line fault as far as I know - just not a line installed in this flat - I'm worried the lack of access to the line will hinder the installation
