Wow, doing that has just upped my speed straight to 13307 from 9788
Should i ring Sky now and ask them to test out how much i should be getting now i have changed around?
Edit: My Line Attenuation is 28.0 db and Noise Margin is 7.2 db now

Your noise is around the default so there isnt any more sky will be able to give you even if you do phone.
