      Filter plate and the wiring

Hey, need to replace my filter plate as the test socket is increasing my speeds by 1800 kbps. There are two issues, one being that I have noticed the number 5 wire has came out of its slot on the current face plate, however both the phone and broadband are still working, so is it possible that this is slowing my internet connection down?

The second issue being, how easy is it to fit a filter plate or to re-insert the current wiring (in my case the 5 wire)?

See my post in your other thread, you just need an IDC tool to reattach the wires.
