      Haha, well at least they're doing it thats what counts. Before they wouldn't send anyone out because apparently they were 'busy' and wouldn't be able to send anyone out until next week.

      I don't understand why you were told 48 hours. Perhaps a ticket was raised to CST for it to be done. Even so, I would call back on the number I gave you and have them do it on the phone. It takes literally about 2 minutes to change a line config (20-30 secs to change the figures on sky's end and a minute or so for the router to re-sync).

      Before they wouldn't send anyone out because apparently they were 'busy' and wouldn't be able to send anyone out until next week.
      They will not 'send anyone out'. They sit in front of a terminal and press a couple of buttons.
