I have just had adsl enabled on my BT line.

My phones all work perfectly dialling in and out. Once micro filters have been connected Sky boxes confirm telephone line connected when you go into System details. At this point I had not connected the modem.

I have tried to connect each box to Customer Services. Box goes online (led lights up) and after 30 seconds or so I get a message saying online connection has been interrupted and to check my telephone line is connected which it is.

Is this a problem at my end or Sky's end?
