Run-it Direct do ADSL extension kits which work with a filter faceplate. Have a look on their site.

ADSL Nation do extensions for a filtered faceplate, I would say use cat5e for the best performance over and extension.

      Re: Adsl extension

Just to be clear there isn't really such thing as a ADSL only extension. There are two types of signal available, the original unfiltered signal and the voice only filtered signal.

So when people say a dedicated ADSL extension they are normally referring to the fact that they have fitted a filtered faceplate to the master socket and connected all the old wiring to the filtered terminals for voice use only. Then they have created a new extension using a proper twisted pair cable to avoid interference, this new extension carries both the ADSL and Voice signals so can be used for either ADSL or voice if a filter is installed. Often people will not bother with a filter on the extension and simply connect the router direct to the socket.
