      Good result fitting XTE-2005

      Just fitted an ADSLNation XTE-2005 Professional Quality Master Faceplate Filter + Belkin CC3011AED07 2.1m High Speed RJ11 to RJ11 Internet Modem Cable and immediately went from 7MB see stats -
      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 8190 kbps 767 kbps
      Line Attenuation 40.5 db 21.6 db
      Noise Margin 7.5 db 15.9 db

      Would l get any more speed if l asked to be uncapped looking at my stats.

      There is a wide disparity in lines of equal attenuation, this for example is another users -
      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 10239 kbps 796 kbps
      Line Attenuation 40.5 db 23.8 db
      Noise Margin 12.2 db 13.0 db


      You seem to have one of the bad ones
