Re: have been sent a Sky electricity monitor...???

Hi everyone!! I've been waiting for my electricity monitor since July when I first signed up (I had to ask for one as they didn't offer me it when I first phoned them). I have had four letters and numerous phone calls telling me that one is on its way - but still no monitor. I have today been told that they are out of stock and I will receive one as soon as they are back in stock (but I won't hold my breath). On Sunday an advisor told me that they would credit my account with 40.00 for the inconvenience caused - surprise, surprise that didn't materialise either and when I contacted them again about that they have no record of that offer being made. I'm thinking that a letter to Customer Relations is needed - what do you think?

Yh, same I had to wait but not as long as you. I suggest you ask them again or ask for some M&S vouchers.

i've been trying to sort out the PC aspect of this. The website provided in the booklet - Sky Environment - Helping you save more than just energy - actually redirects to www.currentcost.co.uk which doesn't work. Current Cost - Reducing your energy bills so you can live a greener life does.

Also, apparently (from what I can tell) the Sky Meter is actually the Envi - Current Cost - Reducing your energy bills so you can live a greener life!
