      I've had one for a few months and wished I never used the bloody thing. Im always looking at it and turning things off.

      Just phoned sky too see where mine is. The guy had no idea what i was talking about, had to direct him to the internet page where it is shown. Told him i had a letter in my hand from sky saying i had ordered one.. He then found it and told me its waiting for delivery. Dont think i really belived him, he sounded like a right fool. I'm now doubting it will turn up at all.

      I have had this twice now, two seperate letter saying its on the way and still never received it.

      I've been with Sky years but emailed them and asked for one. They emailed me and said they'd ordered one for me and would be about 4wks. My arrived after about 6 weeks - great for free though!

      Hopefully getting mine within the next few days, although I have a feeling I might get two cos I called up twice to say it had not arrived and they proccesed the order every time I called them

      This is a joke, still havn't got it yet. Called up yesterday said I had to pay 3.40 for postage and I slammed him saying i was waiting 2 months for it. I spoke to sky 5 times and they did say anything about postage. Called up again the guy spoke to his manager and sed it will come in 5 days. this is getting stupid. i shud have asked them to give me m&s vouchers aswell.

      Anyone else had trouble??
