      What is causing me to disconnect ?

      I Have a sky max package and when i am using the internet, If the phone is used it disconnects the internet connection. I Really cannot figure out what is causing the problem. I called BT and they said it is nothing to do with them and must be a sky internet problem, So i called sky and they suggested its the filters and if it is not, Then it is BT's problem.

      I really am getting frustrated now.

      Any ideas ?

      Disconnecting when you use the phone is most often strongly indicative of a filter problem - either missing, faulty or incorrectly fitted.

      Do you have a filter on every device e.g. phone, fax, Sky box?

      Is the filter the first thing plugged into the socket?

      Is the router connected to the right part of the filter?

      As above, deffo sounds like a filter issue.
