      SKY phoneline... HELP!

      I have no phone at all, no dialing tone or incoming calls.I e-mailed around noon with no reply.Who can i get in touch with to get it fixed, please.We are both disabled so need the phone line.

      Is your line rental with BT or Sky? If BT then you can do an online test and it auto reports it to BT. If Sky then there is an online form you can fill in.

      NB it is the LINE RENTAL that is the key as opposed to whether or not you have sky talk.

      Yep I appreciate that, but as they purposely stated that they had disabilities I kept to the on-line route.

      Either way, we still need to find out who supplies the line rental as tehy are responsible for fixing a lack of dial tone.

      Nope, you are paying sky to provide that service, therefore they should provide it.

      I have been on my mobile for over 30 mins, phoned several numbers for nothing I am just going around in circles GGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!

      Can you not borrow a neighbours phone? Would be easier and cheaper in the long run.
