If Sky come out and it is my phones it is 164.50p, please do not ask what the 50p is for.
That is daylight robbery! That is almost twice the cost of a BT callout. Considering it will probably be a BT engineer that calls, Sky are making a big profit from line faults. I have definitely crossed Sky of as a possible rental provider. Do Sky do a list of their call out charges anywhere?

actually BT charge 116.33 callout, if they need to do any work then your
looking at 216.21 minimum, this is of course if the issue is not the responsibility of BT to fix.

I missed the Vat being added Amazing, so it is cheaper to get a new line in at 125, than get an existing one fixed.

The fault was in the underground box on my drive what was the footpath. It was a joint and the signal was bouncing back instead of going through to the house.
      So no change ;-)
