Re: Poor Connection, Sky, BT, Router???
Call Sky with the router still in BT test socket, try to get put through
to the CST for intermittent connection, if your in the BT test you will be-able
to quickly get through all the usual tier1 questions, and speak to CST on the
same call, try not to call in peak times as there can be a queue for CST then.
make sure you tell CST the full story and history of your problem,
and keep your fingers crossed.

Re: Poor Connection, Sky, BT, Router???
Hello,
well nice man at Customer solution center has found the fault to be that my max delay was at 8 (from 32).
My max delay was altered about 3 months ago for gaming. Seems like my line is deteriated (or more users).
Bummer really as I now have a 4Mbps connection (althought seems stable). Fingers crossed.
Let you know an update in 2 or 4 days

Re: Poor Connection, Sky, BT, Router???
Well crossing my fingers didn't work
Just got up this morning and errors all over the place
Most noticable LOS (loss of sync) is around 100%
I'll have to try and get hold of CST again.
I think this is a line issue.

Seems to me that this is a line issue. You will have to phone Bt and report it but dont mention BB problems or they will not be interested
