Your line is whats known as "star wired", this is not recommended because one of the extentions is acting as an ariel for your B.B. Decide which one you would like as your master incoming socket, then go outside and cut the otherone off. Or better still ask B.T. to do this and supply you with an NTE5. Your line will improve after this has been done.
