      Yeah I know it is a pain as soon as X amount of errors build up on the line it will just drop off restart the router and come back again.
      Hopefully when I look at the ticket tomorrow the BT team would have approved a TPS if not then ill try and push for it, seems to be the source of the problem you just need that done and you should be all ok to go.

      Speeds are getting worse and worse.

      I cannot get above 5266 thats been my max speeds all day.

      God what are sky doing

      Good question I looked at the ticket and there wasnt any update on it yet our server for outbound is going **** up calls could be made but they werent being dialed at all.

      Ill check again tomorrow for updates. Im off Thursday working Friday of Saturday.

      Dont think another new router will fix the problem to be honest but if they want to try it then who am I to say anything.

      Having said that I dont think the ticket has been closed.
      Im in work soon so ill have a look at it.

      Thanks Narl, its starting to get to me now.

      1st time I've ever had problems like this with Sky Max always synched at 15323 down and 768 up.

      Its a waiting game now.

      Ur SNR margins are terrible for that sync rate, move the router about a bit, connect to master and send new margin results

      He is in the test socket he needs a TPS done to elimate the noise that he is getting on the line

      ok so since u've seen the ticket, why not action the TPS and see how that works? Never heard of a TPS to eliminate noise but always open to new info
      It doesn't get better than this band lol
