      Only Master Bad Errors?

I only have a master socket. The BT drop cable comes into the house and changes to white internal cable in a small white box. Then white BT calbe runs about a meter to the BT master socket and i have a filtered face plate.

The drop cable is connected to the white cable with small jelly crimps if you know what i mean.

      Here are my stats:

The errors do get worse sometimes, What can I do?

If i report it as a line fault for voice calls will i loose me BB again like the last time i reported a fault with voice. They seem to cut off BB first to fix any voice faults then take about 2 weeks to get BB back.

      Re: Only Master Bad Errors?

once the fault with the PSTN is fixed - if the have disconnected you just call sky to log a fault to BT and it gets reconnected within a day, unless ur unlucky enuff to have faulty ties
