      XTE-2005 and sky box adaptor

      hi guys

having a problem at the moment, got bb (well, error 300 since its become active but thats another matter i think), i plugged the sky tv phone box thing (with 2 phone lines connected to it) and the modem into the sky micro filter and plugged it into the master socket, worked fine. just fitted the xte-2005 and again plugged the sky tv thing and the modem both into it, only the modem worked. after a bit of testing i can get the phone working by it being directly plugged in without the sky tv box there, or i can use the sky tv box with the phones in, plug it into the sky provided filter, then plug that into the xte-2005 filter.

basically, without the sky tv box thing being double filtered it won't work.

related to this, although probably for a different section, we have sky billed phones, does this box have to be plugged in for sky to bill us correctly or is it done elsewhere?

hope this makes some sort of sense

Sorry but I don't fully understand your set-up, probably why you haven't had any replies yet. Why don't you phone us and try and explain over the phone where someone should be able to advise you.
