It was nice to see the VM Twitter Team having a bit of banter on Twitter today rather than being all corporate.
It started with this;
Their reply,I think, for the sake of clarity,@adam_pope should probably say waiting for a "Virgin media engineer", rather than "Virgin engineer"

Normally VM have a pretty poor reputation on here, but this made me see the company through a different light. Well done chaps / lasses.@SkyUser I'm sure there is, especially with our Virgin engineers but we won't go there ;P EW
