      Wireless network speed

Just purchased 2 x Belkin G F5D7051uk High Speed mode usb adaptors.

Prior to receiving my router (Parcelline WHERE ARE YOU ), I'm trying to set up a peer to peer network using these to test coverage in my house etc.

Now, I can only get a 802.11 b (11 Mb/s) up and running rather than the (optimistic I think) 125 Mb/s stated on the box. No 'G' in sight on the nasty Belkin software...

Will this improve with my SKY router, or should I get rid of this and buy the netgear super-g (WG111T), or will the netgear be as rubbish as the belkin?

I have Staples 30 day refund guarantee, let me know should I keep, swap or return?

Personally, I suggest keeping them, Using this for the P2P and then using the Sky for internet ONLY!

sky netgear wireless is pretty crap

the standard 1mb orange box is more stable, after flashing the box and finding my sky password

i decided to use it at my mates house with his orange BB due to be upgraded to 8mb

its never dropped the line before in 2 months of sitting in his house, today its dropped it 4-5 times 9 i hope its orange upgrading his line rather than the router)
