Hi Muddy
Have you already ordered it? and if so when is your connection date? If you have already ordered it, it is possible that BT have done the work at your exchange already, hence why you have the LLU marker showing.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

"I would if I could, but I am not able."
(Pirates of penzance?)
Yeah the hardware hasn't arrived yet, I have no paperwork, and I only ordered yesterday so no suprises there.
Anyway, you've set my mind at rest. Perhaps the phone call was to tell me good news rather than bad. In my experience when Sky phones YOU, its usually bad news...

Easynet: Enabled is the one, that Sky uses, so your exchange is fine, I just dont understand how Sky have managed to get your line LLU enabled in the space of a day.

Bizzare because I phoned at 7PM.
My ISDN line was with BT anyway, so no unbundling going on there; at this house we've been big-blue loyal.
Quick work indeed.
The line WAS available for broadband last week, so maybe I just caught the day the BT man came to call?
