      BT Voyager router problems?

hi guys, need some help if you can.
One of the wife's work mates had aol/talktalk b/b and she could not connect to internet with her laptop. so she gave it to me to try and it connects to my sky b/b no problem. i asked her for her router to try that (BT Voyager 2100) and i cannot connect to the web with that.
i have rebooted, reset it, used wired, changed channels and still nothing, both laptops pick up the BT router but showing unsecured network but still no connections, however i can get access to a neighbours unsecured network and net access no problem.
all lights are working, although the dsl light is intermittent, and sometimes shows a solid green light and sometimes the continous flashing light as if data is being sent.
sorry for the size and i understand if this wont be answered as not a sky problem, but if you don't ask you don't get.

      Re: BT Voyager router problems?

Had a similar problem with a Voyager 190 on AOL, had to make a dialer on the desktop for it to connect. Tech support for these are pretty much non existant but i did found the following BT site that had a self help tool which is semi useful.

      BT.com | BT Voyager ADSL
