      Sky call back wireless option

      Hi all,

sorry to be a pest, I am new at all this Sky malarkey...

I am having a problem where I have two sky boxes (sky+ and standard) and one telephone line. I cannot connect the telephone line to either of the boxes continuously due to health and safety issues at home, so I need to complete a separate manual call back once a month for each box.

I recently had a new standard box fitted and the engineer advised me that there is a wireless box that i could get to connect to the back of both boxes so that it wirelessly sends the callback request.

Is this true and if so can someone give me a product name or any other help as to what it looks like or where I can buy one for each of my boxes.

again sorry to ask..and many thanks to those who can help

p.s. i have a bt homehub2 for my broadband if that helps in making a decision to which wireless box i may/may not be able to use

      Hi Isitme...

      many thanks for the reply..

i take it all I do with this is plug it in beside the boxes and connect a telephone line from it to the back of the sky boxes, which will then in turn sort out the call back issue i am having?

      again thanks

Have a look at the reveiws here it would seem some have had problems with the Sky box, but most report that it works fine. Instructions on fitting will come with the units,
