      On screen message gotosky.com/replacement

      An onscreen message is ruinging my recordings - missed tThe Bill and they don't have it on Itv player. I'm trying to find this website to get a replacement card, but can't find it - anyone know the link?

      Are you sure it is not Go to sky.com/replacement? It means you need your card changed. See here -

      What a ridiculous time of year to do this. All my viewing for the next 3 weeks will be ruined - or will the message disappear now I'v paid for a new card?

      When you get the new card and put it in the message will go. The card replacement has been going on for months now, I am surprised you did not get the message some time ago. Is it a basic Freeview card?

      Presumably - I've never had any subscription. We're just about to go away for Xmas and new year so all the recorded programmes on out TiVo will proably be spoilt by this.

      Probably, unless your new card turns up before you go, unlikely at this time of the year.

      Card arrived swiftly 3 days ago, and have recorded fine but now recordings have message 'insert sky viewing card'. Is there something else I have to do apart from insert it?
