go to OpenDNS. Create an account. Go through the welcome gumph. Go to your account. Click on Settings/Content Filtering. Downgrade from 'Minimal' to 'None'. Apply. Wait 5 minutes. Return to ebay. Should be OK now.

Chances are some idiot ebay sellers are scraping/phishing details on the auction pages.

Forgot a step - you need to "add your network" when you enter your settings, or through the welcome gumph. This just means adding your IP to your account. Don't worry if you have a dynamic IP since this fix is likely to be temporary until openDNS fix their mojo.

      Same here.
Bleeding waste of time! I could do without adding details to a service Ive never asked for or required ever.

      Re: opendns blocking ebay

Not being funny but if users did catch malware or had their details scraped then OpenDNS still couldn't win.

Yes its an inconvenience, but unless its an error, I say well done to OpenDNS for catching it so quick.

edit: Looks like this was an error, so I take back what I said.

OpenDNS servers give you extra protection. If you don't want it, turn it off or you can always return to the Sky servers.
