      DG834GT Bridging

      Hi Folks,

I have bought and installed a Samsung lcd tv for the main room, the tv has a RJ45 jack and you can use the tv as a media centre. Unfortunately my sky router is a room and hallway away from the tv.

I currently have the original DG834GT router with the sky firmware and a spare netgear firmware DG834TG router.

Is there anyway the two can be bridged wirelessly and if so how. I would like to keep the original firmware on the sky router to avoid any T&C's problems with sky.

      Thanks in advance.

      Vinny

You cannot do this with the Sky router.

What you could do is to buy a couple of homeplugs, this will avoid running any wires.
