      I am not sure what you mean, have you put standard firmware on or reflashed with Sky firmware? If it is the latter and you still can't connect, just phone Sky tell them no lights are coming on in the router and they will send you a new one. If the former, I would advise flashing back to Sky firmware.

      after all this i am now sure that the router i am having trouble with was not provided by sky! my previous ISP (aol) also supplied a router and perhaps that's where my troubles lie!! Thanks to everybody for their help. I'm sure I will be back here with more problems in the future. Thanks again.
