      You can copy the LAN MAC address from the router configuration pages as well. On the Router Status page, you'll see the LAN MAC address in the LAN Port section. It doesn't matter whether you include the colons or not.

      Also remember that you need to enter the router's default WPA password (network key), even if you have changed the password. So if your router came with a WPA password QWERTYUI and you changed it to ASDFGHJK, then you have to enter the original value QWERTYUI not the new password.

      The password generator does work. I promise you, if you're not getting a usable ADSL username and password out of it, it can only be because you've entered the wrong information.
