      B.T. & Mac codes

      I have been trying to connect to sky for over a month now, i have had three mac codes from b.t. and every time i submitt them to sky i get a letter from them saying incorrect characters. Is b.t giving me dummy mac codes? or is it sky? Can i ask sky to obtain a mac code off b.t? Help wanted apply here

      Did you get the MAC in the form of an email off BT?

      Remember that a 0 (zero) could be read as a O (oh) or an I (i) as a 1 (one)
