It is worth flashing the router to netgear?

      Current Setup

I have 1 PC, 1 Laptop. Both wirelessly connected. I use the Dyndns service as I have my own web site running from the PC, and I occassionally use RDC (Remote Desktop Connect) to dial into my PC from work or using the laptop.

What does the netgear's firmware have that the sky router doesn't? I notice VPN settings aren't available, and this could be quite a useful addition.

      Thanks, Chris.

Some people report improved stability -- but no reports of improved wireless capability. There's always the risk that you'll screw the router. I think I would wait until you can find a spare (lots on e-bay and some very cheap at car boot sales).
