      Can someone check this?

      I have been with sky for a while, and have recently decided to get the detailed stats with one of the utilities floating around here.

      I am wondering does the following show that I have a problem somewhere, or is it acceptable?

      Re: Can someone check this?

      Your attn suggests you should get very good speeds but you have a few errors there. Are you connected to the master phone socket? Were these stats taken from the test socket? if not it might be worth taking them from the test socket as a comparison

      Re: Can someone check this?

      My router is connected to an extension that I have put in, I have never run it from the test socket to check for any difference.

      I find it funny that in a recent call to Sky they told me that I had no errors though. I'll try running it from the test socket for a while at some point to see if there is any difference.

      Thanks for the quick reply.

      Oh, as an after thought. Does the "Channel: Fast" mean that I am on fastpath, or is it something else?
      I didn't think Sky did fastpath looking around the forums.

      A few? What's a lot then?

      @NewDigger

      As Sky_Surfer says you have line errors. See the cabling and faceplate help forum for info on diagnosing and fixing line error problems.

      It's doubtful you're on Fastpath. There's a bug in the router reporting which indicates all ADSL2+ connections are Fast.
