      Router...

      Hey

Last year I opted for sky broadband, but after waiting over 3 months and still no activation, due to an apparent conflict with bt and the local exchange, I reverted back to AOL. I still have the sky router, and was wondering if it possible to use this router for AOL, I know this is probably a longshot, but I really have no idea.

      Thanks in advanced

      Re: Router...

You have to update the firmware to standard Netgear DG834GT version -- visit the company's website for a full manual and firmware download.

You'll have to figure out the settings needed for AOL -- I suggest you try to examine the user interface of your existing AOL modem/router or put a post on an AOL user site such as thinkbroadband or digitalspy.
