      Extending my telephone connection

Hi, I have a cable that connects my telephone point to the sky digibox that is burried in the wall. I now want to move the television further away from the end of this cable. Is it possible to find an extension lead that will connect the existing cable to the back of the box. I don't really want to have to run a whole new longer cable in from the telephone point unless i have to.

      Re: Extending my telephone connection

It's always better to use one continuous cable but, if you can't do that, you can buy telephone cable extensions in 2m, 3m, 5m and 10m lengths from just about any hardware or computer store or online. They have male and female ends so it's just a case of plugging straight in. Alternatively you can get kits to make the required length up yourself.
