I have Sky Broadband, Landline, and TV.
However the broadband has good days and bad days, and it doesn't work when the land line is used, I've tried changing channels on my router but no such luck. I changed them from channel 6 to 13 to 11 none worked, and I'm told these are the 'recommended' channels.
I have no idea what is causing this.
The internet connection is fed via a cable from the router-computer, however all the other computers are connected wireless using wireless adaptors.
So when someone rings it affects the whole home.
Has anyone got a clue what's wrong with my Sky product(s), or how to fix it?
