What to do if you get the Error 208 message whilst trying to log into your Sky Player account

I have been suffering from the above Error 208 for months, and today decided to do something about it.

Apparently it is to do with your email address, if you have changed it or do not use the @sky.com email address. Thinking about it I use my @skyuser.co.uk address, so it is more than plausible.

Just ring:

Sky Player 08442 411 599 (UK)
choose Option 1, tell them you are having issues logging in with error 208, and they will reset the email address. Log out of the Sky site and then just log back in. Fixed within minutes.
