This tutorial will show you how to get the latest Firmware for your Sagem F@ST2504 router

 

The method shown below has now worked for a number of different people from all over the UK.

http://192.168.0.1

Username: admin
Password: sky (unless you have changed it)

Scroll down,

a) Click Connection Status
b) Click Disconnect
c) Once disconnected, click Connect

This may or not work, however the majority who have tried this method, have reported success.

Just swapped over from my Netgear Version 1 Router (white) to my Sagem today. Followed the above technique and it updated within a few minutes.

I found that as i had changed loads of settings on mine, a factory reset was needed before the process would work.

I'm tempted to go back to my NetGear V1 router. At least you can use OpenDNS on it!!

hasn't worked for me. I'm on 1.5SKY. Do i need to do a factory reset for this to work. Got loads of settings i don't want to lose.

I think that Sky have turned the update servers off, hence why it is not working. It did work using this method for months.

Backup your settings, then factory reset, follow the steps above, then reload your config. Worked for me

Just done it, (tried a dozen times about a month ago). worked fiorst time.. Maybe Sky turned the update servers back on?
