How to use the SkyUser Router Stats Tool

This tutorial shows you how to use the SkyUser Router Stats Tool, to check and retrieve your Sky Router Stats.

SkyUser - Sky Router Stats Tool

1) Download the SkyUser Ping and Router Stats Tool and save to your desired location

2) Click on the Pinger.exe file that you have just downloaded in step 1

3) Click on the Router tab top left hand corner

4) Enter the Sky Router IP address, by default this is 192.168.0.1

5) Select the Sky Router that you have. If you have the default router and have not modified the Firmware, choose from:

• White Sky Netgear DG834GT (V1) - choose this option Netgear DG834GT [Sky Firmware] V1
• Black Sky Netgear DG934G (V2) - choose this option Netgear DG934 [Sky Firmware] V2
• Black Sky Sagem F@ST2504 (V2) - choose this option Sagem F@ST 2504 [Sky Firmware]

6) Click the Get Router Statistics button

7) A popup window will open for you to enter your router username an password. By default these are:

• Username: admin
• Password: sky

8) Enter the default username and password, unless you have changed these yourself. In that case, use the new username and password that you have since assigned

9) Highlight the stats by left clicking and then drag the mouse to the end of the text

10) Click the Copy Statistics button

11) You should now see on the left hand side a window displaying your Sky Router stats, they are also contained in the Clipboard

12) Now, just paste your stats into your forum post or thread
