How to set up your Sky Wireless Connector

This tutorial will show you how to set up your Sky Wireless Connector.
1. Check you have everything you need: your Wireless Connector, Ethernet cable and power adaptor, and that your Sky Broadband is working.
2. Plug your Wireless Connector into the mains power and make sure your Ethernet cable is connected to the back of your Sky+ box.
3. Follow the set-up instructions in the handy guide that comes with your Connector.
4. Press ‘TV Guide’ on your Sky remote, followed by the red button to enter the On Demand menu and get started.

can the USB port used to connect to the router with a wireless usb transmitter. Is on demand available to sky + users?

I have followed all the instructions and it still will not connect any tips please!
I have tried to install my sky wireless connector. the power light is on but nothing is showing up on my screen after 45 minutes on phone to SKY they say it is ok does any one have any ideas ?
