How to get your Sky Sagem F@ST2504n Router Statistics

This tutorial will show you how to get the router stats from your Sky Sagem F@ST2504n Router

Sky Sagem F@ST2504n Router

Step 1

Open your web browser

Type in http://192.168.0.1 (or click this link)

You should then see the below screen.

Step 2

You then need to click on the Further Diagnostic Help, marked A bottom left hand side.

Once you have clicked you should see a dialogue box, similar to this. (Marked B)

Type in your username and password:

Defaults are username: admin password: sky (unless you have already changed them)

Step 3

This should then present a screen similar to this.

Scroll down and click 'Show Statistics' marked with the arrow towards the bottom of the screen.

Step 4

You should now see your Router's statistics, similar to this.

If you need, or are asked to provide your router stats, it is these ones, that should be copied and then pasted into your forum thread.

cancelled security for temporary check and now cannot access router setup pages using 192.168.0.1

While changing my password up on my new router the power on my laptop ran out,icant acess my router. The original password admin and sky doesn,t work, and my new password also won,t work. i cant get into the router. does anyone know this fix

You can reset most routers by using the reset button(small pin hole) for 10 seconds

I think I must have a different Sagem router, as I cannot find the page that looks like the screenshot in Step 1. of this tutorial. It's definitely a Sagem, but can find no Model number on the ID plate. Opening page when I go to 192.168.0.1 is, Maintanance tab>Broadband setup>Router status page. Firmware version is 2.8Sky.
Can anyone give this tutorial for the router I have please? I have tried all tabs & sub-pages in my router interface, but cannot find anything that looks like screenshot in Step 1.
In the meantime, is there any way I can view my internet usage in MB/GB for a specific period? I am on Unlimited package, but am looking at smartphones & want to get an idea of which Data package I should go for on my chosen network (T-mobile) tariff options.

Just bought new pc for gaming, been working fine the last 4 days but the router keeps cutting out with the flashing orange light showing. This only seems to happen when i try and logon to game servers, normally ill get 5 minutes or so in game then it cuts out. GETTING PRETTY FRUSTRATED AND ANNOYED!
