The following details how to
access your router/modem stats to find your 'download attenuation
figure' so that you can estimate the speed you could 'potentially' get
with Sky by using our speedchecker.
You may need your router login/password
which you should have with your routers documentation.
Alternatively it may be on a sticker on the bottom of your router.
If you cannot find your routers login/password, the standard
combinations are: admin/admin, admin/password. If that doesn't
work, then please check the support page on the routers manufacturers
website, or alternatively post on the forum and we may be able to help.
