I am supposed to have an 'up to 20mbs' download speed when in fact all i'm able to download at best is 150-175 kbs this service is rubish. Now i have to suffer with this barely better than dial-up speed until July 2010. Not happy at all!

I have broadband unlimited and I'm paying for up 20mbs. I was told the max download speed for my line is around 3.4 mbs but the reality is I'm only getting around 70kps and that's on a good day.Now they've got the bloody ckeek to increase my subscription by another £5 bringing it up to £15.

I do not want your Sky Talk I am very happy with my BT service and If you cannot provide an Unlimited 20MB broadband service without it I will go elsewhere

Just upgraded from Everyday Broadband to Broadband Unlimited due to severe slowdown due to exceeding broadband limit imposed since contract started less than 12 months ago.
NOT WORTH IT, unlimited broadband yes, 20Mb - NOWHERE NEAR. I feel thoroughly cheated and conned into having to pay for more width with little improvement in speed and will be changing provider.
