first has your connection always been the speed it is.If yes then it is possibly the same problem as the one i had.I spent time and phone calls doing all the checks sky suggested, fitted I-Plate.Last resort Sky Help via E-Mail.First replie was the same checks as before.I told them that i beleived that my broadband connection had not been setup correctly they checked and next day speed had jumped from 0.35mb/s to 3.8mb/s which is pretty good considering my exchange is only rated at 2mb/s Hope this is of help

Since I passed the 12 month contract on Sky my broadband is getting slower by the day. Sky says its because my computer is not plugged into the main BT box, but who has a computer in their hallway? as that is where my BT line comes in?!?! Any help?
